John Pepperell, Founder of Phoenix Training
John is a well known figure in the Passenger transport industry with long experience both in the provision of transport services and with the training required. He has been a driving force in ensuring that transport personnel are treated as professionals. He was an early proponent of the view – now more commonly held although sadly not universally so – that the Journey is an integral part of the School day not an ignored peripheral.

Peter Hutchins Business Development Director
Peter has long experience with people industries and with the development of innovative solutions - although as those of you who have met him know, he also takes a keen interest in hairdressing!

Belinda Pepperell Wheelchair Training Manager
Belinda has long experience with the provision of transport - especially with SEN requirements - and has taken a special interest in the difficulties inherent in the carriage of wheelchair users and the importance of maintaining the dignity of the user

Simon Mawdsley First Aid Training Manager
Simon has a commitment to ensuring people are made aware of how important it is to understand first aid and the benefits it gives. He has evolved an innovative and interactive training course that brings an understanding of first aid in a technically skilled but relaxed manner that takes away the mystery and gives the individual the confidence to help and assist.
